In Saga, and only when you press the button (Campaign has none). Imagine, Ideas, Light’s Find the walls and Magic rooms send your words (for Find the walls, your battle map’s picture) to a language model through OpenRouter, and so do Improvise, when it writes a block of a song in the Soundtrack, and Lore, when it suggests the one-line summary of a page. Today the models come from OpenAI, Google and Anthropic.
It builds with our own blocks. StoryDraft has its own style and its own 3D specification. The model writes instructions in that format, and every terrain, room, shape and colour comes from StoryDraft’s own library. It doesn’t imitate any artist and never makes an image.
What it makes stays yours: it lives in your game, and we don’t share it or train anything on it. The models are advanced ones from several providers, and we can’t guarantee none of them will ever learn from what it receives, so here is exactly what goes, and only when you press the button: for Imagine and Magic rooms your words, the map’s size and the names of what it may place; for Ideas your words and the object you’re changing; for Find the walls the picture you trace and its name; for Improvise your words and the block’s music (its key, tempo, chords and the other instruments’ notes); for Lore the page’s title, facts and the text of its tabs that aren’t secret. Nothing else: not your email, your account or the rest of your campaign. Leave personal details out of what you type there.
